In 1981 SAIL Q&S PRODUCTS was started to fill the need of providing good products at competitive prices. We soon found people liked the idea of using products that were also earth friendly. This then has become the goal to which our company has aimed, and achieved, for the last 25 years.
We recently became acquainted with CARESystems International, a manufacturer of a patented formula that adds exceptional cleaning and odor removal qualities to nearly all detergent and soap products. The CARESystems line of products was specifically developed for all forms of health care facilities and is safe for direct contact by users. Its only restriction - it must not be added to any product containing any form of chlorine-based bleach. Like all SAIL Q&S products, CARESystems International products are environmentally friendly. SAIL Q&S is a distributor for CARESystems products.
Ecological Issues
The State of Oregon is noted as a leader in protecting the environment, so it seems natural that our company was born in Portland, Oregon. Wm. A. Kummer, soon learned to use modern marketing methods to bring these products to the consumer at much lower prices. This meant having products made using the highest quality, most effective, and using the latest ingredients.
From using these marketing methods, we now sell direct from our factory to consumer. This eliminates up to five middleman steps and enables SAIL to sell better products at lower prices.

Economical Issues
The high standards we require our products to meet, has slowed our development. In the past twenty five years we have added only fourteen new products.
SAIL feels fifteen GREAT products are better appreciated than 100 questionable products would be.
For example, you would use eight times LESS Ultra Sail High Efficiency Compound than you would an average laundry detergent; and four times LESS than other concentrated detergents!
